Athletes are required to commit to and attend a minimum of 7 sessions per week. Some athletes that compete in middle distance and distance events will be required to train 8 – 9 sessions per week depending on the training schedule.
The training program designed by our professional coaches aims to prepare athletes both physically and mentally toward peak performance.
Specified sessions are offered to competitive swimmers focusing on certain strokes and distances at an elite level of competition.
A compulsory and comprehensive Strength & Conditioning program consisting of 1 – 2 sessions per week is incorporated into weekly training at an external venue, over and above the swimming sessions.
